I used to draw in b&w and after this its hard to rearrange myself for the color compositions xD my only practice was a long time ago when I had an art lessons and we used gouache that I really hated xD

I can greatly understand you xD I draw the portraits from time to time since 14 or 15 and still love this stuff xD
I think I should find some tuts too cause I didn't even try to study any technics how to color correctly OO

I've noticed something cool on youtube, but it was good for b&w
For colors I've found only one that teach how to do skin, but in a ball...not in a face, so I dunno how can I "pop up" the details? o.o

one girl here in comments suggested me to use more colors, even add some purple and blue tones to skin so I'll try to practice xD if I won't be lucky to find any good tutorials for us, I'll use my own body for details it's a desparate choice but funny xD

it make sense because of veins and some shadows escpecially if skin seem to be thin and pale itself xD I tried to add the purple colors while played with the lights in xnalara and it really gave me another and intersting kind of model's skin color xD definitely will try to draw something like this xD

I've just finished yesterday my digital painting of Ezio and I am not so proud about it...as always xD
I've used 5 colors for the skin and 6 for the water o.o
It was stressing to do his lips <.<"
Next time maybe I'll take a brush and tadaaa done xD

I wish the summer heat would turned off and I will be able to do something xD
I'll finally check it now xD
I hate and love the process of drawing and coloring lips in the one time xD I always have feeling that they look like girlish (in men case) or too big xD but I adore to add the details to them xD

Haha yeah I had that feeling too! Men are really difficult to be done! I always drew tons of girls and sometimes my kitties but men...never o.o

I often drew girls and couldn't get rid of men facial features before my big break for drawing xD two years lates when I started to draw men suddenly and now prefer to draw them over women even if they're more hard for me. I love difficults xD
