Well I recently finished some Gir emoticons and someone asked me to do one each of the Powerpuff Girls, so here they are. The first one is Blossom, perfect for use on MSN or something else, feel free to use,Stay Beautiful,

I just drew the character, copied the base picture three times, and then changed the eyes on the pictures to make 3 different frames (one with the eyes open, one with the eyes half closed, and one with them fully closed) and then animated all the frames together.
I do plan on making a tutorial one day of how to make blinking icons.

Well on MSN you can either use it as an icon (display picture) or use it in IM conversations in the same way you'd use an other emoticon. I'm not sure about meebo, I don't use that.

Ah. Do you know how to create custom emoticons on MSN? If you don't then here's a helpful guide on how to do it: [link]
(That guide says a picture needs to be 19x19 pixels in size, but I don't know why they say that. I've never had any problem using bigger pictures like the Blossom icon).
