OH HOH Halll. He is always made of awesome. ;D Both his design and personality~ <3 Ah but yeah, nice to get a little bit more info on him. :'D Lolol, the explanation for the crown I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED ABOUT THAT.
Also, I really like the design of this ref for some reason, its wicked pretty in a simplistic, creepy sort of way I DON'T KNOW IT'S JUST. Nice. And of course Hal himself is rendered byootifully. C': <333

xDD This is possibly the most adorably creepy creature I've seen in quite the while.
I love the short but interesting description of the character. It's not really in depth, which I find most people to lack in, but it's short and quaint. I don't know how a zombie can be a veg head, but I guess that part is totally up to you xDDD
I will say, that it's half (deer?) animal and human, the fact it's got the look of the Joker from batman, it's got a good looking outlook for scaring the shit out of people. However I think the bloody looking heart was a bit over kill. And the blood on the hoofs should've been a little more liquid, as in, streaming down the hoofs in smaller lines and maybe even pools of it surrounding the hoofs to suggest 'shadows'. I think it would've made smaller details of the character '
And the head and the (jugular?) red thing, is interesting how they connect. The mouth is maybe a little too 'calm'. In your description, you said something he likes to smile and talk to himself a lot. Well, maybe you should've done a scary cheesy grin, to add to his reference. It's simply a personal preference, but I think it's something that would've made the creature more...himself.
