If I can find a 3D modeller to make the helmet and chest piece, I'd love to build this as a costume.

I know someone who blagged a Cyberman helmet from the present series, It's got a lot of wood in it and weighs a tonne, I can't help thinking there's a lighter better way....

The easiest was is to have a 3D model made, unfold it in a program I work with called Pepakura, print it out on cardstock paper, glue it together, then fiberglass, bondo, and paint.
