Ah that's Prison Ubel, In prison films of the 80's you'd see lot of hair nets and slicked back hair so we gave that to Ubel. There are so so many film references in BW. You'd could spend days trying to spot them all.

He was the first one I did and initially there was meant to be a happy, angry and normal one, After him I was told to do just a normal and angry one, Then I was told they were going for renders, Which I think was the right way to go.

I don't work at KUJU anymore, there called Headstrong now, But sadly I can tell you there probably won't be a Battalion Wars 3, It just didn't sell well enough. From what I know Nintendo just aren't interested in a sequel, you never know though, now they've got a new console they might but it's very doubtful.
