I like the concept of a cyberpunk future that also has to deal with magic and a handful of "new" races to add to the social mix. Plus there is that most of these new types of people were born "human" and changed. So your Orc's parents might have come from any strata of society, from poor to corporate wage-slave to executives or major stockholders.
