That hammer is a taaad too big. Nice work on everything else, but you probably should've given him a Poleaxe or Lucerne.

Well the problem is its a bit unwieldly. And it seems to be made of iron/steel.
So he basically has a big chunk of iron on a very skinny shaft that actually might snap off.
I still maintain the fact that a Lucerne, Halberd, Partizan or even a spear would be better. And those even historically can get quite ornate and beautiful.

Or if you really want something prepostorous and kind of nieche you can use the Flemish Godendag
Which is mostly made of wood and typically a peasants weapon but you know it can work.
