Here comes another Master Robot from the very first generation, Elecman. Well, what can i say about him... the reason why he was created, is to keep in control the levels of atomic energy on power plants. He was created first than Megaman and for some time he was like the "State-of-Art" of Dr.Light, by that time he had a superhuman calculation speed and razor-sharp judgement, as well as a physical agility that would not be matched till new models were made.

His mode of attack centers around him throwing electrically charged wires and later, compressed balls of electric energy. In game, Megaman would have to use the "Rolling Cutter" in order to defeat him fast, this way the blue bomber could gain the "Thunder Beam". I personally prefer hes original form rather than the Navi one, but both rocks..!!
