It could be one of the most powerfull mutants in earth if he could manage to dominate hes power at full level. As Iceman, Bobby Drake has gone through a slow evolution with his powers. Often, when he was first with the X-Men, Bobby spent more of his time honing his comedic skills rather than his mutant abilities. At first, Bobby could only cover his body in snow. Early on in the X-Men comic book, he learned how to encase his body in a hard ice shell. Now, Bobby Drake can turn his entire body into living ice.

In this form, he is nearly indestructible. If he were to shatter or break apart, he can quickly reform himself with the help of a water source, or even using the moisture in the air. It has only been in recent years that he has been able to do this. Iceman can also lower the temperature around him to extreme degrees, can fire ice missiles, and can use water and moisture to form just many different objects such as shields, walls, and an ice slide he uses for transportation.
