You might not recognize this guy, but its actually an Altern Reality Peter Parker that was summon by a powerfull entity with other versions to stop SpiderCarnage plans to destroy all dimensions. "Hidden Wars" was the name of the story presented in the 90's Tv Series.
It posses the same power than the original Spiderman, having spider like abilities including superhuman strength and the ability to cling to most surfaces. He is also extremely agile and has amazing reflexes. SpiderMan also has a "spider sense" that warns him of impending danger.
It is unknown if the 4 mechanical arms are part of Spiderman body as the case of Doc. Octopus or it can be worn off. He can control them thank to the googles he wears wich reads mental signs.

haha.... yeah, it was kindda dificult to make Octo-Spidey since theres not much were to start, the only reference i had was a short video clip of him from the tv series
