Well, i bet you didnt see this one coming. I present to you: "The Synaptic". This is the name Venom and Carnage gave to themself in the VERY short "Spiderman Unlimited" Series that only last 13 episode (in this series Venom and Carnage works in team). This creature appeared in episode 11 called "One is the loneliest number" were the High Evolutionary separeated Eddie Brock and Venom in order to study the DNA of the Symbiote.
Of course Spiderman ([link] ) couldn't turn down the help request of Eddie and for a moment he bonds with a little piece of Venom that was left behind giving him the Black Suit . Once Venom returns to Brock. the symbiote took again full control of hes host and in hes rage, he combines with Carnage to produce this creature.
Since this monster appeared like 30sec in the episode before he was defeted it is unknown what true powers it had, but we can guess it posseses the same power that Venom and Carnage have in a whole new level. Enjoy.

Yes! About time someone drew them in this form...Spidey should NOT have beaten this Venom/Carnage combo so easily.....it made me sad...aw, Spider-man Unlimited.....that series was awesome in it's own weird way.....I miss it...

The Synaptic is the name of all the aliens family of the symbiote race. In the show, were those insects they were breeding, and in episode 3 that green looking symbiote.
Remember that Venom and Carnage always speaks of them like "We" and "They"... so it could lead to confusions.

but i think that the synaptic was something else, that didnt appear in the show before it was cancelled (because of the @#%$#^& pokemons
