Well, what do you get when you fuse a Robot Master with the legendary Ninjas.......? you get one of the most impressive enemy in all Megaman series (my personal opinion). Shadowman has hes origins kindda crazy since the materials used on his design are extraterrestrial in fact, plus to that, Dr.Willy made him a frog robot too wich he uses as a sort of partner in battle.

Shadowman itself is VERY fast, he throw shurikens covered in a special kind of liquid that can induce insanity. His melee abilities are also good, as he knows several forms of martial arts. Plus to that, he can use the "Kawarimi no Jutsu", a ninja technique wich his body is replaced with normally a log or a puppet to take the damage instead of him. To defeat him in the game, Megaman could use the "Top Spin" or the "Gemini Laser", this way he could gain the "Shadow Blade".
