Men, the point of view of this image almost nobodie do it, this perspective is awsome, i wonder if you get some references from a picture, grate job, i would like to know the history of this girl.

I totally adore the perspective, in fact, I love to draw unusual perspectives (though sometimes they make me want to bang my head repeatedly and cry like baby) but this image really captures the feeling, the tension and the badass almost demonical surgery... though I can say that the guy is way too calm, is like if he's on coma... maybe that's what you wanted to express.
just a little question, the light in the girls pants are coming from the light above her and also one small light from below her right?

Fantastic composition and great sense of perspective. It's the perspective edge in this piece that really attracted me as i think did a lot of other people. There really isn't anything wrong with it, as the message is coming across nice and clearly.
The only thing i could probably say that is wrong would be the anatomy of the man's left foot. I think this is only something really subtle however, and it really doesn't matter i don't think because the attention isn't on his foot.
One more thing, i love how you've drawn this as though it's taken in mid-action... love it!

ok this is strange,, but
when i was a kid, i had a dream very similar to this work,,, but the dream was a black man/daemon putting that black thing in my chest..
i still remember that dream clearly.. wow,, this work made me think / remember the dream again

I am strangely passionate about extreme angles and this really made my day. Considering the vertical orientation [portrait] of a seemingly horizontal picture plane [dude lying on the bed], it creates a surreal, almost floating effect. oh wait. it's was vertical all long. Still I dig how I had to really scan the obejcts in the picture just to make out the plane. Pretty trippy.
