Beautiful. I have great affection for photographs and paintings of paths through the wood. They give me such a wonderful sense of the start of a journey. The softness says you can take all the time in the world and the light says it will be safe. *happy sigh*

How to explain this photo? The bright green colors of the leaves makes the shot feel fresh and full of life. At the same time, the mist gives it a mysterious air. The sunlight filtering through the mist and trees creates a lovely, soft glow and somehow adds a slight feeling of age and enchantment to the forest.
