hahaha, this piece was actually done out of frustration. I was trying so much to get my work into Expose series and my normal stuff wasn't being accepted so after reviewing the pass artbooks I concluded that they seemed to be happy to accept half naked females and so this was my attempt. After failing again I went back to my normal stuff and finally got in, hehe. Best to keep at what your good at and be patient, hehehe

Brilliant The only place I dislike is the lamp, which's "leg" and platform is unnatural a bit

Thanks, this was an experimental image for me hence why not everything has one style to it, some parts look more realistic than others

Holy cow 0__0 Seeing such a female body, I simply cant resist to fave it^^
Till now I personally prefer a glossy/clear or fuzzy/unclear look, but this colors and contrast still appeals to me!!! I love the scar. The blanket and the woman seem to have a different art style. Well, at least the wooden floor, chair, hangings... look more realistic than the other mentioned parts of the pic.
Unfortunately her face kinda has less impact on me. Not because it´s generaly unattractive, it´s more because her gaze doesn´t capture me and well.. her nose steels the show^^ if you now what I mean. To make it clear. The nose seems a bit too big to me. Doesn´t mean that I generally dislike big noses, it simply depends on the whole appearance of the character, his expression, the entire design...
Though great attempt. Keep it up

Haha, I agree with you on all aspects, even the nose, but I'm happy with the nose size even though it is the focal point of the face, the reason why the blanket seems different art style to the female and other areas is because this image is a little experimental, I have been utilizing new brushes and the blanket is my normal brush (wanted a silky feel really, and coz I was running out of time didnt get the chance to smooth out the folds and creases). Also the reason why some of the objects look more real is due to me applying textures to them and then hand drawing extra details, another experiment, textures really do make details a lot more easier, hope this was a decent length reply to your detailed message feedback, Thanks

LOL, didn´t even know that we have something like B&B in Germany^^ It´s actually one of my few dreams to travel to Berlin. As a Student I just haven´t enough money and time right now. What a shame, everyone should visit his capital at least once. Well, I still toy with the idea to do a trip around the worl after my study, beginning with some visits of beautiful german cities(Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg...)
Maybe I will even move to Hamburg, since one of my best friends was there for a schooling for Panasonic (freelancer) and he told us that Hamburg fascinated him so much, that he would immediately move there, if he wouldn´t love us and our band like he does. So who knows, maybe we as a band will move to Hamburg. Not a trip around the world by any means, but at least new people, new impressions, new experinces, new enviroment, a short hop from Denmark...
Sorry that I run riot^^
I live in Southern Germany, in the Bundesland (federal state) Baden Württemberg, near the capital called Stuttgart
So where do you live exactly in the UK??? Judging from your ID, youe seem to be a lucky one with at least one part of your parents being an exotic one^^ So did you live in an another country in the past???

lol, well normally the B&B fashion show is in Barcelona but this year they decided to do it in Berlin. I must say your english is very proficient and astounding. Makes me want to slap people from UK for talking and writing such poor english. Its always a good move to go to a new place as you've mentioned new experiences and opportunities. Well I had a mate that lived in Frankfurt, I got to know her in the UK when she moved here after marriage but we kind of lost touch after I moved to my new job in Birmingham. I originally lived in Burnley near Manchester but moved to Birmingham about 2.5 months ago for my new job as a clothing designer. I do freelance concept art and was aiming to go into it fulltime until I got offered this job. I'm actually originally from Bangladesh and moved to the UK when I was 8 years old with the family. Been here since (so as for being Exotic, I think not, although caramel seems to pop into my head, lol)

Wow, getting a job as a clothing designer must be a blast. Sounds amazing and I wish you the best for your concepts, designs and ideas, since it´s kinda hard in this business for someone to establishing himself/hersel, I guess. I keep my fingers crossed for you and your company!!! You know, I kinda found interest in "fashon" in the last year but it´s somehow a real pity that nowadays there are still so few clothing companies that offer organic textiles with a chic and fashionably look. Not to mention the fact that there are still companies which use fur and leather. I just don´t get the point, why skinning a creature for his skin is acceptable and skinning it for his coat isn´t???I know! In this regard I´m a misfit. Well...or an exotic one^^
Oh, thanks for the compliment concerning my english^^ Still far away from being satisfied with it. Besides these days speaking basic english practically has become standard, hasn´t it? And don´t worry, there a many german people here that speak embarrassing german as well^^

Thanks, well the stuff that I design is more teenage/early/mid twenties casual and denim stuff, totally different from my fashion studied and personal designs, but yeah its comfortable and relaxed, off to China next week to go and finalize designs for the summer/spring collection with the factories. About the leather and fur. As far as I've seen or known the leather is used from animals which are killed mainly for meat and so using the leather is making the most of the killed animal, but yeah its sick people that kill for fur and leather only if thats the only reason, its like with shark fins they kill them and then decide to throw them back into the sea as if they'll happily swim away without their fins. Its like here you go Sir, you can go back on the road to drive but we just kept your legs, evil people man, just evil

Well, as far as people are fine with killing other creatures to get their meat, the thing with "making the most of the animal" might be a good point. As long as you live in a region where you have no alternatives this is pretty much not avertable. Whereas most industrial countries certainly do have an alternative, which by the way, is even more efficient, costs less money, is less harmfull for the envirnoment, doesn´t expose the workers (mostly poor people who take every job to support their family) to unhealthy substances who process leather, since leather is dead flesh and is supposed to decompose etc. But that´s a different topic which I dont want to bother you with.
Wow, China??? You seem to get around quite a lot. That´s awesome. Denim stuff sounds great. It nearly fits to every other clothing. A very simple textile and look but it remains a classic^^ So have a great time in China
