Interestng concept, almost expected muscle for some reason.

Interesting take on the character - I can see this happening to her as a side effect of the fairy's spell over time. Maybe if the prince leaves her or is killed, she turns into this, a kind of split entity boiling with sadness and rage. Two suggestions: thicker darker lines under the feet to look like she's standing on something, and a connection between the broom and the stick. Otherwise it looks great, the textures are good, and the details really work.
I guess all that cleaning really put some muscle on this babe!

Flies to sparkles? An interesting touch! The split down the middle certainly emphasizes the two styles of the character as the story progresses.
