I am incredibly excited to announce the release of my first variant cover for EVIL DEAD 2 comic series!!My cover it's an exclusive of the first TP of the series for comic festivals and comic book stores, and will be the first of a series!!
This is the final color version of the cover, thanks to the wonderful colors of Shirow Di Rosso, you can see my b/w lineart here: www.deviantart.com/manthomex/a…
The volume with my cover will be presented next weekend at ARFESTIVAL (Rome) at FORBIDDEN PLANET booth, i'll be there 24th, 25th and 26th of may for sketch and dedicaces!!

Of course it's an official comics, it's for the Evil Dead 2 comic book series that's currently published in Usa and around the world.
I don't know when (and if) the book with my cover will be released in the Usa market. I've done it as an exclusive for the italian edition of the first volume, but maybe could be used for other editions as well!!

I think I saw something like that at the book store a few weeks ago. I'll have to keep an eye out for your cover if they ever sell it there. It would be so funny and epic if I could say while checking out. "You know I know the guy who drew the cover, he's a good friend of mine."
If not then maybe you can ship me a copy of it the next time you release your next Piccion photo folder.
