That's one of the most exciting things that are happned to me lately: a couple of week ago i was in Dortmund for the German Comic Con, as an host at the Artist Alley.The Con have also lot of stars from Movies and Tv as honour guests, one of these was PAMELA ANDERSON, without doubt my first not-toon crush of my teenage years (i've still a poster of her in my home) !!
So i've done a drawing as a present for her: "Manthomex Meets Stripperella" with our both cartoon avatars !! Well, i have the luck to be recieved by Pamela and give her personally the orginal artwork as a present, and she was utterly happy to recieve that!!
As you can see in the photo we were in a restricted "No Photo Zone" (and sourronded by BeBop and Rocksteady lookalike security guys) but she insisted - with her trademark Betty Boop sweet voice - to have a photo with my artwork!! She was incredibly gentle and cute.
Well, that not only make me incredibly happy and excited but i thinks that now my teenage years, and the 90s can be actually considered concluded!!

You got to personally meet Pamela Anderson! That is so awesome. Personally it would be epic if I got the chance to meet James Earl Jones or Morgan Freeman in person. Those are my two most all time favorite actors.

To be honest, I don't know what I would do if I were to meet either of them. I mean my mind would be yelling at me to say something, but I'm afraid that I'd be too shell shock to do anything but just stand there grinning madly. Speaking of which, I just saw the new Star Wars movie, and though my all time favorite character Darth Vader was only in for about ten minutes, for those moments I was all grins and a chill ran down my body at one point because they turned a black screen and all you could hear was him breathing. I mean if they were to make that into a horror theme of that series it would be so awesome.

I liked Rogue One more than Force Awakens, i love how they have digitally re-do the faces of Tarkin and Leia, as they were in '77, and obviously Darth Vader: the last scene with him and all the trouble of the Death Star plan passing from hand to hand before arrive at Leia was the most exciting part of the movie, for an old fan like me!!

I was truly impressed in how they included Tarkin, though wasn't all surprised that they had Leia at the end, I mean I know there would be no other way for them to end this movie other than getting the plans to her. And yeah those few minutes gave me chills how they turn to the black wall and all you hear is his breathing. I remember shouting, "Give them the plans!" I really love the whole glow effect cast across his armor.
Now I don't know if you follow Star Wars Rebels but there's an easter egg in the movie, don't want to say anything unless I ruin for someone, but I'm going to have watch that movie several time to see what else they might include.

I don't watch the Rebels tv series but i've read the comics about The Last Padawan that first appeared on Rebels. So feel free to tell me the inside joke about it in Rogue One!!

During the space battle they show the ship from Rebels a.dilcdn.com/bl/wp-content/upl… which I thought was epic, seeing how if they'll be able to include that fact in the show someday.

Oh! Cool!! I surely would like to recuperate the SW toon series. The one that i saw (and totally loved) was Clone Wars, the first one made in traditional animation by Gendy Tartakovsky, not the digital animated one that comes out later.

I remind the series, very funny!! As you know C3-PO is one of my fav characters in all the saga!! But i didn't have any clue of when it's positioned in the timeline or if it's actually canon or not!!

I wish I could remember how many seasons it had. I know they had their own movie toward the end called The Great Heap and then that was it. I do remember there was a few references to the Star Wars saga, the Empire, TIE fighters, A-Wings, the droid IG-88 and I think Boba Fett was in an episode. I also read the comic Droids which was a bit interesting and strangely enough he had the same red arm from the comic in the Force Awaken movie.

I thought it was pretty interesting how he's always there in the Star Wars movies and even how they included him in the New Hope special edition, though I still think what happened to him in RTJ was bit of let down. I do wonder if he'll be included in the next Star Wars episode or even in the Han Solo movie. That would be so cool.

The "death" of Boba Fett in the ROTJ is one of the worst scene in the entire saga, in my opinon. So goofy and anti-epic. In fact he return alive in the comics, saying that the Sarlacc haven't digest him!! By the way Disney have erase from canon quite all the comics and the Expanded Universe stuff but it seems that they want to mantain Boba alive as well and also he will be most likely the villain of the new movie with Han Solo and good ol' Lando (can't wait to see him again, seems to be the only one of the old gang to not be revamped yet!!).

Almost as bad as to what happened to his father in Clone Wars, though the whole battle scene was epic in my opinion I was really expecting something more from that man. I still love the Robotchicken Star Wars of him trapped in the Sarlacc pit. I did get the book that explain how he got out of there. I find it interesting that in truth, he's a few years younger than Darth Vader by New Hope. I know and that is kind of weird if you ask me. I wanted to find some of these old comics I came across though found out that weren't printing them anymore. I wonder if that's why they haven't made any new novels based off the original series. It would be cool if they get he same actor from Clone Wars to play him in the Han Solo movie. Oh did you hear the rumor that Rex is in ROTJ?

I'm seeing Clone Wars series these days, and i've seen how they choose a pair of more important Clones, Captain Cody and Rex. I am pretty sure that Cody is seen also in the Attack of the Clones movie but i didn't know anything about Rex in RoJ. I've searched about it and it's a cool fan theory, because Rex is depicted bald and with White beard in Rebels and look like the old guy of RoJ!! But i didn't remind how it work with the Clones age... they get old like a human being?

I never really liked the Clone Wars series or movie, mainly because I had mixed feelings about the Clones knowing full well that they would one day become the enemy and when the series started I had to fight really hard not to like Rex (which is truly awesome character by the way) You really have to wonder how many years passed between Revenge of The Sith and New Hope and how long of a gap there is until Return of the Jedi. If its only a few years then I can imagine Rex being that old guy in ROTJ. Though in truth I feel that Disney fans are just trying to find ways of combining old school Star Wars with the latest version.
