Oh well, i draw this comics imagine it very close to the Invisible Man classic movie directed by James Whale in 1933. In the movie the Invisible Man does have a love interest in a woman.

In the movie the Invisible Man is Dr Jack Griffin and his mate is named Flora Cranley. She knows that the Invisible Man is his boyfriend because he reveal his secret to her but she's worried about the effects that becomin invisible have on the Griffin mind (as the Invisible Man he goes crazy and have omnipotence delirium).
