When we need it: The deadline for our January 1/2012 issue is 11/30/2011.We will consider all submissions for publication as we receive them and will attempt to include as many as possible in each issue.

I can say I have made oversights to projects when I was pressured. That's understandable. I know of how companies treat their concept artist, they work you like dogs.
