Perhaps, but I just really didn't like the episode. A lot of people say it's worse than "Everyone Knows It's Bendy" and I say I have to agree!

atleast crime after crime did it in a cartoony slapsticky way

Hmm, I guess the episode isn't as bad as I remember. Herrimen's overreactions over silly things and Bloo's attempts to get grounded were really funny. I must have overlooked the good things the episode had to offer the last time I watched it. But the episode still has a lot of problems that keep it from being good, so I guess I'll just change the rating to meh.
