I'm not sure if I like how this turned out...

This is my character for a Pen&Paper RPG.

She doesn't have a name yet; I'm still stuck somewhere in her character development.

But since I seem to be a girl, the first thing to be decided was her clothing ^-^

The character spent her early childhood in an orphanage, bur ran away at a quite young age. Pretending to be a boy, she soon got the apprentice of an old captive balloon builder due to her high dexterity. Of course, it didn't take long for the old man, who has become a second grandfather to her, to find out that she actually is a girl, but it didn't disturb him.
Although she ceased pretending to be a boy, she still refuses to wear dresses or skirts.
She is quite pretty, but her face is often dirty due to her work with machines (she tries to develop a steam machine that helps you steering a captive balloon), and although she is polite (okay... actually, she is quite impudent, but she CAN be polite), she doesn't really have a clue about etiquette and related things.
Most of the time, she says straight what she is thinking, however, this often leads to a point where her conversation partner feels mocked or insulted.
When she was seventeen, the old man died. Now, four years later, her world view has become quite egocentric. Her pride often keeps her from taking back her words or apologizing to those she insulted.

And if she had a name, I wouldn't have used the word 'she' that much.

Edit: She's got a name now! It's Florence MacSuel.
