Soldiers, The man you see here is no angel. His name is Gram Mordson. War-Criminal, Psychopath, and Terrorist are all words one can use to describe him. He was a commander in the Human-Anthro War ten years ago, But was dubbed a War-Criminal after the final battle of the War. During that battle, He ordered his troops to fire on civilians to draw out nearby Anthro forces.

Unfortunately before He was arrested and put to trial, Him and two-thirds of the soldiers he was in command of fled the mainland and weren't found until two years ago, when a group of his men (Now calling themselves "The Vox Populi") destroyed three Human-Anthro diplomacy buildings.

The Vox Populi believe that Mordson is some kind of Arch-Angel under the orders of God to eliminate anything that isn't human from the face of the Earth. During interrogations, Vox agents were told to have symptoms much like that of common "Date-Rape" drugs except amplified ten-fold. It is suspected that he uses these drugs to convince his agents that he has ascended from his mortal body into this angelic form.

Further questioning revealed that these drugs were also used during the war, but to a lesser extent.
