How would Satsuki save Pyrrha though?

While fighting Grimm, Kurama could inform Satsuki that Pyrrha aura is depleted.
Then she rushes to see that Cinder is about to fire.
Knowing she won't make it in time Satsuki uses Kawarimi to switch places with Pyrrha.
She gets shot and falls of the tower which causes people to believe she's dead.
Ruby witnesses all of this and activates her Gingan (Silver eyes).
Satsuki reveals only to Ruby she's still alive (the art above) because she saw how devastated Ruby was.
Satsuki want people to believe she's dead because : people might think she's a Maiden, support Ruby from the shadows and give Cinders group the surprise of a lifetime.

Maybe you can have her unlock Kamui to warp away the arrow? I usually hate the Uchiha's Hax eyes, but anything to save Pyrrha from her sudden demise.

Agreed shit went down and hit the fan at the same time. Yang losing her arm, Pyrrha dying, beacon falling, cinder killing the fall maiden and getting her power. Satsuki seems like she'd a good older sister figure to Ruby.
