This was a commission, so the drawing wasn't my idea nor does it represent my personal interests.
So I don't have any plans for it.

I was thinking since Naruto is the reincarnation of Ashura and Satsuki is of Indra, I believe their children can unlock the Rinnegan.

Since it's a site for sharing art, the process is quite simple.
You just publish your work (be it a drawing, a photograph, a text, etc.) by submittig it to the site as a deviation. You can use the green "Submit" button at the top of your page.
Commissions are a bit more complicated, and the process depends on the artist you want to commission.
Usually, artists have pricelists published either in their profile or gallery, where you can see prices and terms of service.
The most used payment methods are deviantart points 
Basically, you contact an artist and pay them to draw something you want.

I had a really great idea for when i make a DeviantArt commission.My commission takes place in another dimension/parallel Naruto universe.It starts off like how it does in the anime.Hashirama and Madara finding Konoha and end up fighting,Minato leading Kakashi,Rin and Obito,Kakashi getting Obito's Sharingan,Minato becomingThe Yondaime Hokage and sealing The Kyuubi into Naruto but theres a twist to It.Instead of just Naruto being born,Naruto is born along with The Soon-To-Be Ryuuto Uzumaki Namikaze.When The Kyuubi attacks Konoha,Minato and Kushina split The Kyuubi's Demonic Chakra into two different Chakra sources;with Naruto getting The Kyuubi's Yang Chakra and Ryuuto getting The Yin Chakra.But as of this moment,i don't know what Elemental Chakra Ryuuto should put into his Rasengan besides Lightning Chakra for his Sage Mode.Thats about it....Im wondering what else to put into Ryuuto's Rasengan.....Can I have some help please?

However, I'm not the best person to ask for help with ideas, as I'm not a fan of trying to alter the universes created by other authors.
I have nothing against it, of course. But I just don't do it myself.

We could probably add some funny undertones to it(like Hashirama facepalming,half The Entire United Shinobi Alliance;with the exception of Tsunade,Garra,Ay,Ohnoki and Tobirama wide eyed with dots above their heads and probably screaming/exclaiming'EHH!??!')something like that

Yup, I like this ending more, it makes me think that it makes more sense why Naruto went after Sasuke for so long, not just because they were friends for a couple of months, and even then it was just saving each other's lives moving back and forth.
This ending though. Still very cool. I'm very curious if after their huge battle, if they ever had one since then. Probably not, probably every argument was solved without violence and I wonder what faces they would have made if their kids asked why Sasuke was missing her arm and why Naruto had his in a bandages all the time.
