This is a commission for
This image is based on the fanfiction A Rose's Scales by Pokeman1280
Here we have Ruby Rose along with her dragon, Cerise. In the story, Ruby finds out she's a dragon rider.
I thought a crossover between Ruby and The Inheritance Cycle sounded cool, and I had fun working on the dragon.

Well, I read the Inheritance Cycle, so I know what the dragons from that story look like.
There's also the movie Eragon; it's not a good adaptation, but the dragon there can be a reference in terms of anatomy.

As the Author of A Rose's Scales and Reversal, thank you for this. Completely unexpected, I had no idea this was coming, but not at all unwelcome. These two look beautiful. You and Silverfist88 rock. Other than that...I have no words. I literally spent the past 10+ minutes wandering around my dorm room trying to process this. I don't know the words to describe how I'm feeling (which is pretty sad considering what I write).

My commissions are currently closed, but if in the future you're interested in commissioning that, it would be a cool project.
In this fanfiction the only one who becomes a dragon rider so far is Ruby though, so in terms of fanart or commissions related to this story I don't think I'll be drawing other dragons any time soon.
