It's been a while since I drew for fun, and this is the result
A tribute to the latest Fairy Tail manga chapters, where we've seen our girls go through a lot (also poor Gray, but I didn't feel like drawing him

If you mean paired up in a romantic way, she doesn't have any romantic interest yet.
If you mean during the story arc, yes, it was Doranbolt who saved her and Charle and they're both with him at the time.
