Do the little men consent to this? Perhaps they are lied to and think it is only temporary? Do the scientist and his boss take the little men away and spend time playing with them?

The men to be reduced are abducted; they are not consenting but they are carefully chosen. Thorough physiological and psychological evaluations are done before a subject is selected to be shrunken. Once they have their hands on the perfect specimen, the shrinkers will go on with the treatment no matter what and hope for the best. There is no going back to the original size. Only the future will tell what these men intend to do with their little victims...
