My new Elven gown I made (the green on the left sleeve is the lighting, not some odd lime stain
). I also made the headpiece.

It was so long ago, I don't remember what it was labeled as. Similar to shantung, but with a heavier drape. Thanks!

It is really really awesome! Can I ask you a question maybe? how much fabric did you use for it? Cause I'd really like to make one myself only I'm a bit of a newby in making things like this maybe some tips and tricks?

I think it was around 8 yards. I recommend finding a sewing pattern close to what you want to make, since they include the amount of fabric needed as well as instructions for making it.
