Description
This is a relative quick drawing I made after spoiling myself reading Bleach chapter 319. 
As you can see, I don't spent time on the lineart either, I just added a photocopy filter.
I didn't want to add color to be closer to the manga.
I'll maybe scrap it later (if I find it totally ugly in 3 days)

Kubo is one sick man. He creates one of the greatest characters in history and literally destroys all that is great about Byakuya in one chapter.
Of course, he did create the character in the first place.

The latest (105/315.4 I think, on onemanga) was brilliant too; sent me into a flurry of fanfic writing...first time I've ever tried actually; mine usually die before making it onto paper. I'd draw it as a manga but I'm even worse at drawing -___-"

J'ai fait Byakuya assez rapidement par contre j'ai eu du mal pour Yoruichi, je m'y suis reprise Γ plusieurs fois.
Grosso modo, je dirais 2h pr le dessin et environ 30min d photoshopage derriere.
