Description
After being stuck in the tower for weeks, the princess no longer had the patience to wait for a prince to rescue her, so she decided to escape the tower on her own. That was a little more troublesome than she had expected, though.This is another one of my old ideas, and I've wanted to make a proper painting out of it for years. Well, now I have, and despite struggling with the tower more than I like to admit, I really enjoyed working on this. Ah, how I enjoy illustrating fairytales (or that is, illustrating how I think fairytales should be)

Thank you! I tried to give the princess a dress that was almost practical, yet something that wouldn't really be comfortable to run around with (I don't think anyone thought about giving her clothes for a potential escape
