I was playing Metroid and was wondering how Samus gets sleep during her long expeditions when marooned on distant lands...
...I like to think she sleeps in morph ball mode

well i'm pretty sure it's hard to keep your focus & keep the power suit on when you're asleep, so probably not morph ball xD maybe morph ball without the suit? i mean, she's proven she can do it in the original Metroid. xD

I believe Samus sleeps in her ship while traveling between plants/galaxies. I get this from Metriod Prime 3: Corruption because in the begining of the game when you are approaching the Galactic Federation (GF) ship Samus is laying back, eyes closed, in Zero Suit form.

I have wondered this more than once, myself, as well as how she eats and goes to the bathroom. The consensus seems to be that she does all those things at the save points, while you're not playing...but I like this one more.
