Edit 2: Fixed her last name, I finally spelled it right. I've been too lazy to fix it. I tried editing her lips, but decided to fix them later. I'm not sure if I spelled her name right, but whatever. ; P
I wanted to try out a new texture without lines, and I thought Roxanne would be fun to practice on. : D

I played with the "add jitter" check box, and had the brush set on size and opacity. And then I just kept adding every. Strand. Of hair. (ugh, haha). Takes a lot of patience and practice, a lot of fun. : )
