Uh, I don't think it's really hard, the image is small so it's easy to color and put in random bg without any details. And it's cell-cg, I think it's the easiest way of coloring (but it's also the one I like the most XD).
Aww.. then I'll teach you how to draw them.

Ah, you're actually one of the ones that say it's not hard! XD; I'm not so good at cel-shading as I am on soft-shading. I know it doesn't make sense but...I'm just special that way. XP

I'd prefer a tutorial on how you draw girl and guy faces. D:
