Description
Practicing backgrounds, and may use them in the future for backgrounds of actual images.Also experimenting with my own brushes. The leaves and grass are of my own creation I'm particularly fond of the grass brush.
This was actually a bit of a speedpaint, but I still quite like it, so we'll see if a horse appears in this field haha

Hmm I guess you're right... I was intending on making a bunch of like... stock backgrounds, that I can use again and again. Cause let's face it, scenery doesn't change haha

It takes practice. I'm normally quite awful, but the more I do it the better I get

yeah, mine improved alot, but GIMP is not all too good for making backgrounds. It doesn't have good brushes.

yeah I have a few lineart pictures where I did that. but when I get back from vacation I will be downlaoding grass and hair and all kinds of brushes. found an awesome free website.
