Alrigt. Because the prisma color version was horrible, I decided to do it on the old tablet. So, here's the fourth and most awesome doctor! Woot!(I also like the horribly arrogant sixth doctor, I'm ashamed to admit)
I forgot that he ought to be a bit more stocky. At least I remembered to make him shortish. I have a tendency to want to make everyone tall and lean. And look at that hooked nose!
I got lazy at the end, as one can see. Veeeeery lazy.

To be entirely honest I've never seen an episode of Doctor Who with the Fourth Doctor (before the ninth actually), but his scarf is just so amazing (and i really want one) that he is my favourite.
