A promise to forgive the unforgivable.
A promise to care when I'm careless. To hope when I'm hopeless. To live when I'm lifeless.
A promise to be all that I cannot be, and to take in all that I am.
A promise to appreciate my strengths and weaknesses.
A promise to adore always, despite whether I am always becoming or not.
A promise to encourage when I'm discouraged.
A promise to lift me up when I cannot stand...and if both of us fall, to crawl along beside me.
A promise of friendship to a lover, and love to a friend.
A promise to be honest when it hurts, and to tell when truth lies.
A promise to work towards perfection, knowing imperfection is the best of us.
A promise to achieve infinity, no matter how breathless, torn, or broken the journey may cause us to be.
A promise, his promise to me...entails more beauty, passion, paradoxes, and love than could ever be comprehensible.
