Hanging upside down from the monkey bars, life was never more simplistic.  Big brown eyes peered down, or in her case up at the concrete beneath here flailing arms.  The breeze blew her pixie haircut into her eyes, but who could care when the world was yours and you were soaring with the birds.

Such a glamorous, priceless moment as this was ruined by none other than...

Cooties!

Unbeknown to the small angel, whose blood was rushing to her face, a little lad was drawing near.  He was watching her with admiration when an evil grin slid across his face.  Without a sound he quickly slipped off his sneakers, so as to obtain optimum silence, a key to stealthiness.  Like a fox progressing towards a chicken nest, he pawed his way behind the girl.  He ducked, eyes sparkling, right before he dashed towards her, running around her tiny figure.  Than it happened.  He pecked her lips with his own, before darting off, blushing and laughing all the way.

The girl tumbled to the ground.  Somehow her face turned even more red right side up than just then when the sky was at her feet!

And the tears came flooding, ever so dramatically down...
