Description Lying in a pile of leaves,
I mold into my truest form,
For in each leaf upon the ground,
Rests my birth, my song, my all.

Nature’s call called out to me,
Before my womb, before my earth,
Season’s call made a decree,
For me to breathe amongst the leaves.

Living in a world all my own,
Never wishing to have another way,
Embracing the pile of my birth,
Living to love my life, my name.

So here I am, in my lovely home,
Between the fall of every green,
Listening to the season’s call,
Lying in a pile of leaves.

The autumn is coming again, and leaves flutter to the ground. This poem is like their song.

AW thanks, I'm so glad you favorited this particular piece, because it is one of my favorites and most personal pieces that was to be published in a book in Africa.

^_^
