Description
I miss the old custom preview function....Anyway, this is how to add texture to make your art more interesting, in Paint Shop Pro 8.
Image used is an old one: [link]

Note: it is easier to work with vector shapes. But I found that vector shapes with textures/patterns eats up more memory (ie bigger file size). If you're concerned about that, when you're finished adjusting the texture/pattern, you can convert the vector layer to raster, and it'll lower your file size a bit

thanks
Um, I'm not sure, because I've never used PSP 6 before... if it doesn't have Vector layers/functions, you can always just use the fill-bucket.

the basic idea is the same, dump textures on another layer, and play around with the layer blend modes. Someone did make a version for Photoshop: [link]

xD Lol, I have no idea.
I meant the preview screen in PSP. Or 'overview' as it likes to call itself.
