I wouldn't say they "stole it" per say. Their lines are not as thick as I used to make them year ago like in this drawing. They did, however, blatantly take the hair style, collar, and shoes of this picture. Thank you for telling me. I will try to talk to them, but it appears as though they do not understand English very well judging by other comments on their profile, so we will see how this goes.

Well, a dress tutorial isn't something that I would be to keen on making. You see, dresses can come in all shapes and sizes with different accessories and attributes. A tutorial would generally be something that is common and well, general.

Well, like I said. There's really no... "basic" kind of dress. There's too many different types and there's really no process to doing it.

Both. It really depends on what I feel like doing. Sometimes I trace from screenshots and vectors, sometimes I draw freehand.

Yes. And in other cases I get off my ass and draw something by hand.
