Description

My ceramic skull plates are fresh out of the kiln and I’m so freaking happy!Β

This was my first time using underglazes, so I was really anxious about how they would turn out! The lines leaked just a tiny bit but not too bad!

Can you imagine eating cake from these?! I certainly do!

Next step: Make hundreds more of these! Any skull suggestions? I want to do a big horse skull next

Somethings kinda off andΒ  somehow this reminds me of a painting by Hans Holbein the younger.

Id imagine an archaeologist, anthropologist or osteologist would have a really cool plate/utensil set like this, awesome work!

I love your ceramic sculptures you've been doing lately! They're beautiful!
The skull plates are definitelly my favorite though. I think if you haven't took pictures from an angle, I wouldn't even know they're flat and not just a regular skull shape.
Amazing work!

Unique and awesome !Β

I think my suggestion would be to check out tattoo art, maybe its an idea to decorate the skulls further with flowers n such ?Β
