Bio:
Cisco had a hard start at life, with both his parents working full time and never giving him attention.
He took to the streets after his parents died, where he met Lear.

Pros+ Positive, carefree, excitable, confident

Cons- Has no "off" button (and when it is pressed, he becomes serious and depressing.)

Francisco values two things: his friends and food. He comes across simple minded, but really he's just
looking for the best life has to offer. He knows life can suck.
That makes him the friend to look to when you need someone to listen, and then cheer you up.
He's a submissive guy, but he is strong if his friends need backup.
