I have a theory on why Foxy didn't sing to Chuck: in The silver eyes, it was stated that Foxy and the whole gang protect kids, and Chuck is one, as he is 11 years old...Or because he got in in the mainantence room with a pure heart...Totally the oposite to Pete's intention, that entered there full of hate towards his younger brother. Also there is the fact that Pete is described as a teenager(17 yo if I'm not mistaken), so considered an adult by Foxy...
However, while I was reading the novel I was like "Hey, Foxy, you have both eyes, so cut the crap". 🤣🤣🤣
