In the comics and some online sites they always put him around 45 years old. I like to go with that as well. He's bald but his mustache's still perfectly brown and I don't think he'll bother dying it.

Eggman does act all polite and nice to her. He even wraps an arm around her shoulder in one part, and a moment where she's in danger he gasps and tries to help her but Sonic does instead.
Plus me making fun of the intro video where he's asking for her emerald and she has it on her cleavage, so if he gets it out himself...

There's an offical Sonic The Hedgehog anime movie where Eggman kidnaps the daughter of a president called Sera. She's a cat girl and is very 'bitchy' and actually pretty much tells Eggman what to do, like this one funny scene where they're both playing a fighting video game and Sera wants to play again but he says he's tired already, so she says "I'll stop being your hostage~" and then he agrees to one more. Eggman wants to marry her.

It's a cartoon. It's not real and the animals can be counted as another sentient species. I don't think of it as bestiality because with sentience comes a heart and a soul, which can feel love. Animals in the real world don't have that so it's pure lust and carnal desire from those who practice it.
So, as I like saying, we fall in love with a heart and a soul, the body hosting them does not matter.
