Rarity was born in Lumiose City, and she spent almost every day running around to the different boutiques in town. As she grew up she gained enough style points to go to Boutique Couture. But she was rather unsatisfied with the fashion inside, so she made it her goal to make her own Boutique for not only trainers, but also their Pokemon.Her hair was probably the hardest to do, after Sweetie bell of course.
