hehe real cool, but its not as far fetched as you might think it is... if you want check out Yves Rossy (aka Jetman) who build a personal turbo jet powered craft and is able to keep sustained flight for good lengths of time.

Seeing this, she would have to squat and remain squatted during flight, but first she would have to freefall to gain enough momentum plus with the size of the engines I'm thinking a minute or two of boost. The plus is that the structure seems lite emough to be lifted by her so there is a chance aerodynamics could pull this off. I give her a chance of survival if she manages to land on the riverbed up ahead.
