Done in Photoshop CC2 with my new Wacom Robot.

I can see a lot of Briareos from Appleseed in the design. Not saying its a bad thing, just that it reminded me in ways of Briareos (sans the 'ear' antenna).
Nice work on creating something that looks like it blurs the line between cyborg and powered armor. With a bit of tweaking around the 'nose' it could easily be a helmet for a powered suit or a space suit.
Cool, no matter how you slice it.
