o introduce the following kaijus in Godzilla Neo would simply state that they are Alien kaijus that somehow came to earth.
For the origin of Berserk is an adaptation of the history of Techno-Sentient a mysterious organism of outer space hidden in small asteroids that has the ability to absorb any mechanical device with which it comes into contact and increase its size and power of the Zilla series Jr. But in this case it would land in Japan and not in America, as in the chapter it would form chaos absorbing all kinds of machines until G-Force sends to Kiryu where it absorbs and finally forms Berserk. From here on as the chapter Zilla Jr. would look for a way to destroy the world, in the chapter Techno-Sentient wants to provoke a nuclear war between countries, but my idea would be to look for a great source of nuclear energy to provoke the same disaster that was about to cause Burling Godzilla.
To stop Berserk would put Legendary Godzilla replacing Zilla Jr. and as human support, replace Dr. Nick Tatopoulos and H.E.A.T. by Dr. Serizawase and Monarch.
The following kaijus Erabus, Goliath and Redmoon would share the same origin. The first Redmoon would have visited the earth in prehistoric times and would have confronted Legendary Godzilla for the first time, but his combat was interrupted by the meteor that extinguished the dinosaurs (this fragment of history would be an adaptation of the comic Dark Horse Comics where Godzilla faces al kaiju known as Stranger) after centuries it would return to appear on earth at the same time as Erabus bringing chaos and confusion, then Dr. Serizawase and Monarch thought that they could attract the two kaiju so that they could defeat each other, but they turn out to be two members of the same species and of opposing genera that had come to earth to reproduce successfully. While Legendary Godzilla and Redmoon are facing each other, a new Goliath kaiju arrives from space with more hostile intentions as he is a predator who has been following Erabus and in his current state can not face Goliath and calls Redmoon to protect her Returning to abandon the fight against Legendary Godzilla, but this time Legendary Godzilla would not let so much time and starts to chase him. In the case of the kaiju The Visitor would acquire his story of Giant Mutant Widow Spider a Kaiju from the series of Zilla Jr. the only changes in history would be to change the origin of a mutant to an alien and face Legendary Godzilla.
In the case of kaiju Wolfman would be a totally original story, the idea would be that an alien that crashed centuries is responsible for the myth of different monsters over the centuries, as the werewolf, yeti the sasquatch and others. And it has survived since its species has a long life and the capacity to adapt a human specter, thanks to that ability it infiltrates in one of the two organizations of the world that have G-cells in Monarch or in G-force to inject it to transform in a kaiju and eliminate the human rasa and that has come to the conclusion that we are an inferior and self-destructive species that does not deserve to continue existing.
To introduce Dororin to Godzilla Neo would expose the story, which is a kaiju sent to the island of monsters to sow chaos and discord, thanks to its metamorphosis powers in other kaijus. The main affected would be the kaijus Sugon, Zottos and Gyottos, who are manipulated by Dororin to face each other, until Godzilla arrives and a team of humans to uncover Dororin's plot.
To introduce Defrog would be using the story of the kaiju Power Dragon of the Godzilla animated series of 1979, but with an adjustment in history to change the Calico Crew team by the Monarch organization or by the G-force.
To introduce Uchujin to Godzilla Neo and two options, use the discarded story for Toho Godzilla vs. M, but with an adjustment in the story returning to Uchujin as a dangerous and evil kaiju for the earth because of its gravity handling power (this last is if it is mixed with the kaiju Gravity Goliath) and the other serious option using the story of the kaiju Gravity Goliath of the animated series of Godzilla of 1979, but with an adjustment in the history the one of changing the team of Calico Crew by the organization Monarch or by the G-force.
To introduce Queen Ghidorah in Godzilla Neo would be following the story of King Ghidorah of Godzilla II of Legendary, only introducing into the story that this Ghidorah is the mother of the Ghidorah rasa.
To introduce Emperor Ghidorah in Godzilla Neo would be following the story of King Ghidorah of Godzilla: The Planet Ester, only introducing into history that this Ghidorah is the father of the Ghidorah rasa.

NEO BERSERK

It would be a combination for improving the Doroin design of the Godzilla Island series with Glaster kaiju from the Toho Genseishin Justirisers series.

NEO DEFROG
It would be a combination of Defrog kaiju from the Toho series Genseishin Justirisers with concepts of discarded kaiju from Toho for Bagan.

NEO UCHUJIN
It would be a combination of Uchujin (also known as M) kaiju without doing of Toho with Gravity Goliath from the animated series The Godzilla Power Hour.

NEO QUEEN GHIDORAH
It would be a combination of Queen Ghidorah from the Godzilla Battle Royale fan movie made by Rockstar Fan Films with King Ghidorah from the Godzilla II movie of Legendary.

NEO EMPEROR GHIDORAH
It would be a combination to improve the design of King Ghidorah of Godzilla: The Planet Ester with Kaiser Ghidorah.

The main idea was to differentiate King Ghidorah from the new Legendary movie by giving it a name of Kaiju and it was between Queen Ghidorah or Emperor Ghidorah, but from the appearance of King Ghidorah in Godzilla: The Planet Ester I believed that the name of Emperor Ghidorah was best suited to the King Ghidorah version of Godzilla: The Planet Ester.
