My idea of how to introduce Cybersauro, Red Ronin, Gotengo, Megalion, Colossus and the Lizard Slayer 1, 2 and 3 in Godzilla Neo is that Monarch and the US Army have been granted the G-FORCE technological knowledge and weapons for face the kaijus that begin to appear in the US.
For Cybersauro it would be duplicating the same Kiryo fabrication, but using the bones of the Gojirasaur found in the Philippines in 1999 and although they have thousands of years they have the same faculties that need the skeleton of the Godzilla 1954 as the inter-spinal cells, as well as the bones themselves extremely dense and almost indestructible.
